Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement
|

This agreement is signed between Wheel "B" Tubbing, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, and the following person(s):
The above listed parties hereby agree, consent and affirm that pursuant to the Lessee's renting of a hot tub from Wheel "B" Tubbing, LLC, that the Lessee will hold harmless and fully indemnify, without any form of liability of any form, Wheel "B" Tubbing, LLC, its Members, Officers, Board, Employees, and Representatives for any and all of the debts, liabilities, judgments, liens, costs, claims, damages, losses, suits, decrees, actions, and/or expenses of any kind of and concerning THE USE OF ANY KIND AND/OR RENTAL OF SUCH HOT TUB BY THE LESSEE OR THE LESSEE'S AGENTS, GUEST, FAMILY, REPRESENTATIVES OR ANYONE/PERSON USING/COMING INTO CONTACT WITH SAID HOT TUB DURING LESSEE'S RENTAL OF SUCH HOT TUB withing or without the State of Michigan.
The harmlessness and indemnification now granted Wheel "B" Tubbing, LLC shall apply to any acts and/or negligence of the named Lessee or those associated with the Lessee in any form during the rental period and shall include all costs, expenses and attorney fees accrued by Wheel "B" Tubbing, LLC or its representatives in their being named in any suit or action for the ACTS, NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, OF THE LESSEE DURING ITS CONTROL OF THE HOT TUB IN QUESTION under this agreement. Each Party hereto admitting that they have read this Agreement and its terms shall be final and complete in nature.
